Overall, we got the invitations over two weeks past the expected time and were given no discounts for the delays caused by their (or the companies they work with) errors. We were willing to pay a higher price for the same invitations we found online as we believed we would get better quality service and customer service from a brick and mortar store, sadly, You’re So Invite was not that store.
