Folly to the Wise is a music experiment out of Southwestern Ohio. Coming from a variety of backgrounds, Folly’s music is a unique blend of acoustic, folk, rock, alt-country and bluegrass. The quartet is comprised of lead vocalist and guitarist Grayson Schick, mandolin player, Kyle Jamison, hand percussionist, Matt Salyer, and vocalist Katey Bundy. Folly to the Wise enjoys reinventing classics, as well as mixing in newer material. Musical influences include Johnny Cash, Mumford and Sons, Stevie Wonder, Ryan Adams, Sam Cooke, and many more. In addition to playing local music venues, Folly to the Wise also specializes in performing for wedding ceremonies. The band has a large repertoire of classic hymns and wedding songs.
