Our signature touch is local and seasonal food made by culinary-school-only trained chefs and menus and tables designed to complement each event, inspired by the best planners of Europe and New York, with our signature organic greenery and elegant linens, dishes,and silver.
Our emphasis is on FRESH food. We do not use the large supplier system by choice. Instead, we source locally and seasonally, buy fresh food for each event, and make everything--sauces, starters, desserts, and everything in between--from scratch.
We take each client's idea from concept to beautiful event. The team works with every detail including our classically-trained chefs and our event specialists, for planning, food, decor, and other event needs. For larger events, we coordinate with other vendors to ensure an overall look and feel; we also are available to do as much of the planning and management of your occasion as you wish. And our boutique-quality service makes every client and guest feel special.
