Cafe Pacific & Catering was founded in 1989 by John & Amy Hatcher in Federal Way, Washington. They moved to Auburn, Washington in 2003 to better serve their growing clientele throughout King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties. Cafe Pacific Catering punctually sets-up and creates beautiful, appetizing displays of food. Guests are graciously and professionally served while clean-up is inconspicuous and thorough. Cafe Pacific can provide service attendants to set-up, maintain and clean up your buffet or full service, plated event or they can simply deliver (drop off) your menu to your party location, whichever you prefer.
