At The Garden Bistro, we create dishes using vine-ripened, ‘just-picked’ fruits, vegetables, herbs and locally produced meats & eggs in order to give our meals an amazingly wonderful texture and flavor. Due to our mid-west growing season, this means that what a diner finds on our menu in May will be different from what they find on our August or November menu. A fact sure to create an exciting and unique dining experience every visit!
This concept is a passion for Chef Lana Campbell who spent 13 years as a produce farmer on one of the largest produce farms in southwest Missouri. In 2003, she married her passion for growing produce with her passion for gourmet cooking and opened The Garden Bistro on her Missouri farm. Now she and her partner Robert Herrera bring this `garden-fresh’ restaurant concept to Eureka Springs using produce she grows herself as well as other locally produced foods to create memorable, gourmet dishes for Eureka Springs newest dining sensation: The Garden Bistro.
Our Lunches are casual Tea Room style, serving delicious homemade quiche, soups, salads, pasta and sandwiches on fresh baked bread. Plus unique, delicious daily specials using whatever is currently in at the farmer’s markets. Dinners are casual fine dining, serving steaks, seafood, chicken, pasta, vegetarian. All dinner entrees are served `family-style’ with farm fresh veggies of the day.
We can create all sorts of menu choices for your special event for brides on a budget to the most elaborate affair. We have private dining facilities for 20-30 and we can cater as well.
