Food and Beverage: Your choices are one of the most important factors in choosing caterers. Custom catered menus assure your's will be unique as we do not repeat. Melinda loves traveling and enjoys cooking during these trips bringing back recipes from as far away as Bali and Bora Bora. Growing up in family with restaurants, bakeries and catering gives her the background to offer a huge variety of dishes and work ethic for quality service. Beverage Service need not be a problem whatever you are looking for. We offer a full liquor license, insurance and liability for alcohol off premise working with parties to fit budgets and needs. Our punch is made from fresh Natural juices and our serving bowls and ice buckets are provided with any beverage you choose. We offer cups, glasses and ice with any beverage we provide and use high quality serving trays, chafers and utensils in all food service.
Location: Living in a remote, tourist area offers boundless venues both indoors and outdoors and we offer advise on how to find the perfect location. All events are different as far as the theme from casual on the beach to formal on the beach - we handle any type using either our fine china or high grade disposable wares and consult with customers on canopy, tables, chairs and linen rentals to complete the package.
Service: We have the most experienced staff in the area to draw from as servers are on call to work for us along with the full staff of the restaurant.
