Bridge Creek Catering strives for the freshest most flavorful and beautiful foods for your event using seasonal local ingredients wherever possible. Also known as Slow Food, we proudly support local suppliers and Hudson Valley Farmers through farmer’s markets, grower’s cooperatives and personal relationships. This is why, along with the fact that we prepare our food from scratch without a lot of fussy manipulation, ours is the best catered food in the Hudson Valley.
We are always making new recipes and preparations so our clients can have the foods they want at their special occasion. Our chefs can prepare anything from American to Argentinian, French to Filipino. Each event has a different menu that we design to reflect our client’s personal tastes, ethnic interests and style.
