I have traveled all over the world and lived in Europe and the Middle East. It was during these times abroad that I became interested in various cuisines and desserts. I started to experiment with tastes, spices, and presentation and my career in food began. Over the past 16 years I have catered events ranging in size from 6 to 400 people. No event is too large or too small--I enjoying working with everyone--and all receive my personal attention and care.
