First of all Congratulations on your engagement!!! And thank you for your interest in our venue. Here At Pinnacle Vista Villa’s we pride ourselves on making your special day as memorable as you envision it. We offer a number of different options that we can cater specifically to meet your needs, because we do understand that no two brides are alike, and we believe there is nothing “standard†anything when it comes to weddings. To assist you in planning your event, below you will find a few points about Pinnacle Vista Villa’s that will be a great starting point towards customizing a package to best meet your specific needs.
• We welcome outside vendors! Of course we have a number of vendors that we work in partnership with, that are vetted to our standards, and we can offer you a list of these vendors if you are having some trouble choosing from the large amount of vendors in Phoenix. But we also believe it’s important for you to feel completely confident in those who are helping to make your wedding day spectacular so it’s important to us that you have the freedom to choose.
• Let us do everything! Planning a wedding can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. We offer all inclusive packages which provide for no hassle weddings where everything from food, decorating, pictures and more are included. More and more brides are welcoming these types of packages, so that they can continue to live their daily lives, knowing that everything is taken care of. These packages allow you to focus on the things that matter most to you, just let us handle the rest. All you have to do is show up!
• ALL Tables, chairs, linens are included. We have 29 different colors of linens available for you to choose from. We are confident we can find that perfect shade of blue to make your wedding dazzle.
• We are open 7 days a week, and our prices our based on capacity as well as the day of the week. A Saturday wedding of up to 100 guests is only $2200.
• If you would prefer another day of the week, packages for 100 people with the exclusion of Saturday are only $1800.
• Have a lot of people who want to share in your moment? For weddings over 100 guests, you can add additional guest at only $10 each.
• We are open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. but we know that setup for your wedding may take more time, and if more time is needed, we are happy to make whatever adjustments are necessary to make sure everything is perfect.
