Mountain View Inn is located in the beautiful Mad River Valley just minutes from the picturesque town of Waitsfield, VT. It is an old Vermont farmhouse which has been an inn for over 60 years. We have seven beautiful guest rooms with private baths and beautiful views of the surrounding Green Mountains. We are located only minutes from many of the popular wedding sites in the valley such as the Skinner Barn, The Inn at the Round Barn Farm,the 1824 House, the Yellow Farmhouse Inn and the Mad River Barn. We offer lodging to wedding guests and can accomodate the needs of guests which are often overlooked at larger inns or condominiums. We are near to Mad River Glen and Sugarbush Ski Areas and many hiking trails. We also are located near Ben and Jerry's ice cream factory, Middlebury College, Shelburne Farm Museum and the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vt.
