I had a terrible experience with this company. They are extremely disorganized and very unresponsive. It took me over two weeks to get my contract worked out with them because they were not returning my phone calls and not giving me clear answers in our email correspondence (even though I had just two easy questions that needed to be answered).
They cancelled my photo booth order two weeks before my wedding! They claimed that they overbooked for the day and just realized it as contracts were coming in, even though my contract had been signed and turned in over a month prior to that (only because I followed up with them b/c I wanted something in writing). In addition to that, they charged my credit card - and over a week and a half after canceling have still not refunded me for the amount. We have sent them emails with no response. So not only did they cancel on me two weeks prior to my wedding even though I had booked them far in advance of that and had paid and signed a contract, they also were very unresponsive throughout and have not refunded the money back on my credit card.
Do yourself a favor and go with somebody else. Luckily I was able to find someone else with that date available and this photo booth company is already far more professional and responsive. They're also reasonable too. My advice is to go somewhere else as there are many other photo booth companies that actually know how to run a business and who you can count on.
