Court records (public information) show a plethora of judgements from unpaid vendors Much of the staff has had to report her to TX Workforce Commission to receive their pay. It is commonplace for staff to be asked to wait on their pay for a month or longer, and, even then, many receive paychecks that are NSF, after which they have to wait even longer to receive their replacement money. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!
I was engaged to a soldier who was fighting in Iraq. We had planned to get married as soon as he returned home. We gave Janice $15,000 to secure our wedding date. $4,000 of that was a deposit. When he returned, our relationship deteriorated, and the wedding was called off. Janice cried with me, told me things would be okay, and told us she would refund not only the $11,000 for the wedding, but also the $4,000 deposit, based on the rough situation I had already gone through. She has come up with excuse after excuse why she couldn’t pay us our money, though no services were rendered and though her business continues to thrive. WE EVEN HAD TO TAKE HER TO COURT to force her to pay! Even after a court judgment, SHE HAS STILL NOT RETRUNED OUR MONEY! Because of her actions, I will no longer be able to have the wedding I have dreamed of forever!
