Gatherings Wedding Chapel and Reception Hall has the best of all worlds for your special day. We offer a historic chapel, seating 200, which was once the church home of Governor Francis Pierpont, the Father of West Virginia. Tiffany styled drapery stained glass windows, some over 16 feet tall, and rich cathedral oak surround you and your guests. Through oak double doors, the reception hall is "mansion-like" with a music room, a parlor, an amazing bride's ready room and a gorgeous staircase to arrive to your reception by. The hall itself is open to two stories, surrounded by oak railing and stained glass art. We offer the venue by itself; bring your own caterer or food from home.
