This beautiful English Tudor sitting on the Rapidan River is the area’s most romantic site for weddings. Able to accommodate both indoor and outdoor functions, it offers over 11,000 square feet of luxury, perfectly situated on 12 acres of plush land. The property consists of 3 large outdoor verandas overlooking 1400 square feet of shoreline off the Rapidan River. The landscaped grounds are the perfect setting for any outside wedding or special event and can accommodate up to 350. The Grand Foyer, with its large curved stairwell and marble floors, provides the perfect backdrop for bridal portraits. The on- site reception hall is large enough to seat 100 guests and also includes a game room, bar, and restroom facilities. Walk out from the lower level onto the patio, or stroll down the walkway to the river. There are many beautiful sites to enjoy!
