Pricing varies from menu to menu, but generally speaking the average food and beverage costs for a five hour open-bar dinner reception with butlered hot and cold hors d'oeuvres is typically $75-$80 per person before tip, tax,and site fee. Actual charges will depend on your specific menu choices. Site fees vary from season to season, and range from $500-$4000.
