Choose a site with significance! Glimmerglass State Park is truly one of the most picturesque parks in Central New York. The park is located eight miles outside of the Village of Cooperstown, with a breathtaking view of Otsego Lake. There a variety of rental locations in the park including Historic Hyde Hall, an English-style architecturally elegant 50-room limestone mansion with sweeping lawns and a breath-taking vista of legendary Glimmerglass from it's veranda. You can also provide a benefit to the park and community by choosing the services of the Friends of Glimmerglass Wedding Consultant. Our non-profit organization will use this fee to provide educational and recreational programs at Glimmerglass State Park. We have wedding packages to fit any budget from a small,casual reception to a large, elaborate affair. A wedding is a special occasion that will be remembered forever.
