Coastal Cakes is located in beautiful Saco Maine and is owned and operated by professional Chef Vicki Pettinger. Focusing on beautiful custom cakes for any occasion, Vicki has created cakes for friends and family for many years, she can remember baking from a young age. As no surprise to family and friends she attended culinary school in Florida, and her dreams of one day having her own bakery came alive. After moving to Maine in 2008 with her husband and young son she decided it was time to make her dreams come true.
Coastal Cakes strives to provide a unique and truly custom cake to each customer. With an open mind to experiment with flavor combinations and try new things in the world of cake decorating you can be assured your cake will be made just for you. All cakes are baked and served fresh for each order your cake will never be frozen. Vicki uses top quality fresh ingredients for all of her cakes and fillings. Vicki, in an inspected and licensed home kitchen in Saco makes each cake personally.
