BLU Boy Chocolate Café is Bloomington's upscale dessert café and event cake studio. We chose to enter into the world of special event cakes for the opportunity to be creative and the chance to work with clients during particularly exciting moments in their lives.
We create our desserts from scratch and therefore do not hold you to a particular menu or list from which you must chose. When it comes to special event cakes, traditional rules no longer apply. Together we can create anything you can imagine.
Our prices vary depending on the types of flavors you chose, additional ingredients, and the degree of detail in your design. The 2010-11 price for our most basic wedding cake begins at $3 per serving. For a specific quote we would be happy to meet with you and get a true understanding of what you had in mind.
The initial cake consultation takes approximately 1 hour and is offered at no charge. During that time we will discuss your cake design in detail. You will be able to sample several of the cake flavors we have available.
We also offer hand crafted hand painted artisan chocolates that make perfect wedding favors you won't find elsewhere in Bloomington.
