Red's Real Fitness offers a variety of Health and Wellness services that will get you into shape, and help balance your mind and body. Your health is as important to us, as it is to you. · Personal Training ~ We offer private personal training sessions, and double/triple semi-private training sessions. This is the best way to jump start your health and fitness program.
· Small Group Training ~ Join in with other RRF clients, or form your own group with friends. Small Group Training is a great way to get in shape, have fun, and save money. Groups range from 4-6 people.
· Boot Camp Classes ~ Get outside and work up a sweat with our great group of Boot Campers. Classes run April-October.
· Yoga ~ Let your mind release and your body find renewed energy in one of our Private lessons, Semi-Private classes, or Group classes. Classes are offered for Adults, Couples, Babies/Kids, and Pre/Post Natal Women.
