Karin and Gil Balden came to Columbus Ohio in 1989. They owned several photographic franchises specializing in church directory and fund raising photography. As time went on Karin and Gil realized that they no longer wanted to take an assembly line approach to photography. The two of them decided to open K.G.B. Wedding Photography, a wedding studio dedicated to provide elegant wedding day coverage at an affordable price.
As their business grew they began to receive requests for other types of photography. Because Gil is familiar with the photographic community he was able to fulfill these requests by referring work to other professionals. In 2000 Karin and Gil established Associated Photographers, a group of highly skilled professionals who specialize in various types of image making.
With a studio now based in Dublin, OH they can provide custom art work through Arte Italina, portraits of babies, graduates, families, business clients, sports, parties and reunions in addition to wedding events. Equipped with the latest in digital equipment they can deliver images at any event with short notice. A full lab completes their enterprise making them a most versatile studio in the Columbus area.
