That means that the pictures your guests take are often the only records of your reception or after-party. We understand how important those pictures are to you and think it's a shame that you rarely get to see them.
So, we provide a cost-effective service which gives you much better photo coverage by collecting and combining the pictures that your guests take - giving you a copy on a flash-drive before you leave, as well as combining them into an online gallery so your guests can see them afterwards and download copies for themselves.
Above all, the Candid Hub service is easy. You tell us when to arrive, and a concierge will set up a small booth at your event to collect & display the photos from your guests.
We make it completely hassle-free for your guests. When they are ready to leave, the simply go up to the booth and our concierge will transfer the pictures from their personal cameras to our service in about 45 seconds. Of course, we respect your guests privacy and will only transfer relevant pictures.
If you wish, the booth's monitor can even display the pictures just taken at your event. You and your guests will love seeing the first pictures of the event while you are still there - looking at a ceremony which happened only a few hours before, or laughing over a picture just taken on the dance floor. And as a free option for weddings, if you supply us pictures ahead of time, we can create an endearing slideshow of you and your fiancé to display during the reception.
At the end of the event, we give you all the pictures on a flash drive to take with you. In addition, we combine them into a personalized online gallery, so all of your guests will be able to see them and download copies for themselves. The gallery gives you full control over what pictures are displayed, and extra features such as unlimited photo downloads for all your guests, having a group favorites album, being able to tag each other in pictures, comment on photos, and even order prints online.
