Susan Putnam-Redden You can say that I have literally been involved in the real estate profession since childhood when I would file my dad's listings each week in the file box, go with him when he listed, and knock on the walls to make sure they were lath and plaster and not that new-fangled dry wall. I became a realtor in California in 1976 and then moved here in 1984. My husband and I built a lodge log home over the next 6 years and opened up the Black Forest Bed and Breakfast in 1990. In 1986 I became a Colorado broker with Rawhide.
