Fish Hook Grill provides fresh local food to the residents of Harkers Island and surrounding areas on a daily basis. In addition, Chef Charles specializes in catering for wedding receptions and other special events. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Chef Charles began his career at the five star Wynfrey Hotel in Birmingham, Alabama and has been catering to wedding clients and corporations successfully for over 20 years. Chef Charles is assisted by Lisa Matthews. Lisa has been a travel consultant and special events manager for over 15 years and is happy to help you with your wedding planning as well as your honeymoon plans.
