DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KATY'S KREATIONS!!!!! I paid $640 to Katy for her to deliver a wedding cake to my daughter's wedding reception, and what she brought to the party that I was hosting was a complete embarrassment. One of the layers had frosting falling off of it, one was lopsided, and it was *not* what I ordered! Here are a few quotes from guests: "That cake is the plainest wedding cake I have ever seen.", "I could have done that myself.", "What a mess!", "That doesn't look like a wedding cake.", "You paid $640 for *that*??". Quotes from the caterer: "I can't even cut this cake - it falls apart. It's like trying to cut powder." "What a mess." "It's an awful display." And how convenient that Katy's "credit card machine broke" and I can't even dispute the charge on my bill. And when I went to tell Katy that I was very displeased with the cake, she immediately got defensive, told me to get out, threatened to call the police, and wouldn't listen to my complaints. She accused me of trying to get a free cake! She called me a b*tch! She is NOT a professional business person. When she delivered my cake she ran out of the hall without showing it to me, obviously because she knew it was awful. Katy was always telling me how busy she was.... obviously she was too busy to make me a decent wedding cake. Don't make the terrible decision that I made by using Katy. She didn't put anything in writing to me, didn't send me a receipt...nothing. I repeat... do not do business with her!
