Many couples are beginning to see that hosting a wedding can leave quite a negative environmental "footprint!" Brides are beginning to seek out alternatives to lessen that eco footprint and are planning "green" weddings.
We have some experience in this matter and would love to share our experiences with other brides. In turn, we would love to hear what other couples are doing as well to have the wedding of their dreams and protect the environment.

i recently attended a wedding where the church my friend was getting married at wouldn't allow rice or anything that wasn't biodegradeable for the wedding toss. So, she ended up using dried flowers -- lavender and rose petals -- for her toss and it turned out really nice. here's where she got it:

We are getting married this August and we found some great favors at weddingstar.com
You give out a Card and the guest can actually remove part of the card and plant it to grow wild flowers!
