4. TO RUN OR NOT TO RUN. No, I don’t mean you. I mean your mascara. I suggest waterproof for your big day. Between each coat, try translucent powder. Apply with a flat eyeliner brush, it not only gives staying power, it gives a building and thickening effect.
5. BLOT, BLOT, BLOT Blotting papers are much more effective than powder. You will look refreshed but not caked with makeup. Powder can be too much after multiple applications, so BLOT, BLOT, and BLOT. And by all means, don’t spend a lot on blotting papers. Go to CVS, they are just as good.
