I lucked out because I married a personal trainer who just happened to study fitness and nutrition in college, so he helped me to stay in shape and get in better shape for the wedding. I pass along a little of what I learned. Planning a wedding is stressful and that can cause you to gain weight the other problem is all those parties and showers with cake and lots of other goodies. If you're not working out, you should start. Interval training is a great way to keep your metabolism up throughout the day and exercising helps to relieve stress. My favorite interval training exercise is on the elliptical machine, 20 second fast paced and 40 seconds medium paced for a total of twenty minutes. A little weight training thrown in can really help you burn up calories to. You should enjoy your friends and family so eat the food, but when you're not at a party stay away from junk food.
