When was the last time you saw a wedding gown parade down the aisle without a body under it? Seems like a silly question, I know, but as beautiful as your wedding gown may be, it gets all of its shape, all of its presentation, from the shape of the bride's body.
Many brides try to get in shape for this special day, so they'll look good, so they'll fill out that beautiful gown.
But there's one area that most of them overlook entirely, and it is so obvious an area that should not be overlooked because it is that one special part of a a woman's body that dramatically tells the world that she is a woman. I'm talking about her breasts, or more accurately, the bra that she puts her breasts into.
90% of women are wearing the wrong size bra, and the most important outcome of this mistake, as far as a bride is concerned, is that the wrong size bra prevents a bride from looking her very best when she puts on her wedding gown.
How can you know if you're wearing the wrong size bra? Here's a simple test. Stand in front of a mirror without your bra, without any top at all, and turn side to side and look at your breasts. Notice if they are sagging below the lowest spot on your chest where they grew out of, the spot where you can tell that this part above the spot is breast, and the spot below is not part of your breasts.
Most women have breast that sag below that spot. Look closely at how you look. Try to remember what you look like. If you want to you can take a tape measure and measure the distance from the floor to the center of your breasts.
Now put your bra on, stand in front of the mirror again, and see if your bra is holding your breasts higher than before. If it is, is your bra holding your breasts at the spot where they grew out of your body? If it is, congratulations, you're one of the few women who are wearing the right size bra.
If your bra is not holding your breasts at the spot they grew out of your body, then you need a different bra size, especially if you want to look your best in your wedding gown.
