**Due to high demand and the handcrafted quality of our products, the turn around time for all orders is 10 days plus 2-3 days shipping time**
If your event is less than three weeks away, please read our RUSH ORDER POLICIES below before placing your order.
Our floating heart candles are UNSCENTED, hand crafted and colored throughout.
Available with or without glitter.
Size: 1 3/4" Wide x 3/4" deep
Burn Time: 3 hours average
Price: $22.50 per set of 50
Up to FIVE color choices per set of 50.
This is a “choose color” listing. Please see the color chart for choices. We will contact you for color choices after your purchase.
Payment Policies
-We accept Paypal as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through our merchant account.
-Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase.
Shipping Prices and Polices
-All candles are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery (US).
-We can ship up to three sets of 50 floating heart candles in a flat rate box for $9.80
Rush Order Policies
-If your event is less than 3 weeks away, we certainly don’t want to miss your deadline.
-Please email us the color, quantity and date you need the candles by. We will do every thing in our power to accommodate your request.
Unfortunately, we cannot grant rush order requests for custom colors.
Custom Color Policies
-There is NO minimum order for a custom color order and no additional charge.
-To order a custom color, purchase from any of our CHOOSE COLOR listings and indicate your Custom Color choice in an email to us.
-You must mail us a color swatch to match (unless you need an Alfred Angelo color.)
-The color swatch does not have to be large – ½” x ½” will do.
-Custom Colors are matched within one shade lighter or darker.
-We have swatches for ALL Alfred Angelo colors on hand so you do not need to mail a swatch if your color is one of theirs – simply indicate which Alfred Angelo color you’d like us to match.
-Your swatch will be returned with your order.
-Custom color orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return/Exchange/Refund Policies
-Custom color purchases are non-refundable.
-Returns and exchanges are accepted within seven days of receipt.
-Please contact us prior to your return for directions.
-Shipping charges to you and from you are non-refundable.
-Exchanges will not be issued until returned candles have been received.
-If we fill your order incorrectly, please contact us right away. We will exchange your candles for correct items and pay return shipping expenses on incorrectly filled orders.
